Dave Claytor is our general manager. He will most likely be the person you want to reach. He is available on the right side of the page via chat when he is at his computer. And yes, that is really a picture of Dave. He is a 20-year support veteran for HP and we are lucky to have him!

We are not always in the office during normal business hours, be we are often in the office during abnormal hours. If you send us an email at 10:00 p.m., you might just get an email back within the next few minutes. On the other hand, you may not!
